Built an AI customer support platform where businesses create intelligent assistants grounded in their own knowledge base using a production-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline.
- •
Implemented knowledge import from PDFs, text files, and URL crawling (up to 50 pages) with Crawlee + Playwright, using SHA-256 content hashing to re-embed only changed sources.

Developed an embeddable chat widget (text/voice modes) and a standalone bot page with Gemini Live real-time voice for 24/7 visitor support.

Set up the RAG stack with LangChain for document splitting, Gemini embeddings, cosine similarity search over PostgreSQL, and Gemini 2.0 Flash for grounded responses with conversation history.

Built a full-stack dashboard for managing assistants, knowledge sources, and conversation inbox, with Better Auth (email/password + Google OAuth), multi-language support (100+), and per-assistant widget API keys with domain allowlists.

Deployed via Docker, GitHub Actions CI/CD, and Azure Container Registry to Azure App Service with Prisma 7 and PostgreSQL.

Developed and maintained a Full Stack Product for vehicle owners and renters, facilitating seamless listing and searching of commercial vehicles.

Form Bot

Built a next-generation chatbot platform to replace traditional Google Forms with an interactive, conversational UI.

Implemented secure user authentication, storing hashed passwords in MongoDB using bcrypt.

Enabled admin users to create, update, and delete bots, providing full CRUD control.
